Post Cards from Hawaii Series
If you have ever traveled to Hawaii you’ve experienced it’s magic. The minute you get off the plane, you know you’re somewhere special. First, the warm humid air hits you, curling your hair and softening your skin. Then you are greeted by the nicest people anywhere, full of hospitality and Aloha spirit. The drinks are fruity, the pineapple is sweet, and the sunsets are to die for.  And if all that is not enough, the nightly breezes carry the fragrance of the most amazing flowers on earth. All this compels you to send postcards home, wishing everyone you loved were right there with you, enjoying paradise. These new paintings were inspired by my recent trip to Puako, Hawaii. They are my post cards home, to you, with love.
